Prices for additional children and adults

• Adults and children from 12 years (incl.) in extra bed 80,00 €.
• Children from 2 to 11 years (incl.) in an extra bed 50,00 €.
• Children from 0 to 1 year (incl.) in cot 50,00 €.

All prices are per room and per night including breakfast and include Spanish VAT.

Tax for sustainable tourism, not included in the prices. Since 01 July 2016, the Balearic government has decided on a tax for sustainable tourism, which all accommodation establishments must collect from their guests and pay to the tax authorities. For our Agrotourismo Hotel the tax is 2,20 Euro in the high season, May to October, and in the low season November to April, 0,55 Euro per night and guest, including 10% VAT.

EXCEPTIONS

• Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.
• From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the respective amount is reduced by half.

Payment

• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa). The card number and expiry date are required. You can also make a bank transfer (you will receive our bank details with the booking confirmation)

Cancellation conditions

• In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount of the room will be due.

Minimum stay

For stays between 01 May and 07 October there is a minimum stay of 3 days.
