The tax for sustainable tourism is not included in the prices.

Starting from 01. July 2016, the government of the Balearic Islands starts to charge a tax for sustainable tourism which has to be charged by all local tourism accommodations and paid to the government.

For our agroturismo hotel the tax amounts to 2,20 Euro in the high season (May till October) and 0,55 Euro in the low season (November till April). The price indicated is per person and night incl. 10% VAT.

Exceptions:

• • Children until 16 years old 

• Starting from the 9th day of the stay in the same accommodation, you only have to pay half of the tax.

Discounts:

• Adults and children > 12 years (incl.) in an additional bed 70,00 €
• Children from 2 till 11 years in an additional bed 40,00 €
• Children from 0 till 2 years (incl.) in an children bed 40,00 €

Payment:

• 15 % deposit in the moment of the booking confirmation
• The payment can be made via credit card (Visa). Therefore we will need the card number and the expiration date. You can also pay via bank transfer (you get the bank data with the booking confirmation).

Corona Cancellation Policy

Cancellation free of charge is possible at any time if one of the following reasons applies:

•     You are not allowed to leave your country
•     You are not allowed to enter Spain
•     An official travel warning is issued for Spain
•     Ses Rotes Velles has to be closed due to Covid-19.

Note: In case of a positive Covid-19 test of the guest (also with relatives, or in case of a mandatory quarantine) a free cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation policy:

• < 30 days before arrival 100 % refund of the deposit
• Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival 100 % of total of room rate

Minimum Stay

During 1st of May and 7th of October there is a minimum stay of 3 days.
